Steve Yoo is the Head of the Los Angeles Investment Funds group at Paul, Weiss. With over 15 years of experience in the structuring, formation and operation of private investment funds and their management companies, Steve counsels fund sponsors on all facets of their business, including regulatory compliance, internal economic and governance matters, GP-stake sale transactions, restructurings, compensation and employment arrangements, and succession planning.
Steve is also a leading advisor on the formation of continuation vehicles, having guided numerous GP-led single and multi-asset secondary transactions ranging in size from hundreds of millions to billions of dollars each.
