Roark Capital Acquires Dave’s Hot Chicken

Paul, Weiss advised Roark Capital Group on its acquisition of Dave’s Hot Chicken, a global restaurant chain that specializes in Nashville-style hot chicken. The deal was reportedly valued at $1 billion.
